Membership is open to high-potential, mid-career leaders with citizenship in Commonwealth countries who have been identified by their organizations or other leaders as likely to be in positions of increasing responsibility over the next 10 years.

Members will come from positions primarily in business, trade unions and government, and will include community organizations, arts and culture, media, NGOs, healthcare, Indigenous organizations, entrepreneurs and the self-employed. 

There is no conference fee. Once accepted, Members and their home organizations are responsible only for the cost of their travel to Canada and home again.  Accommodation will be made for members with physical disabilities.

Each Conference Member is selected to attend as an individual, not as a delegate or representative of an organization or sector.

Applications will be received from March 14 to September 30, 2022.
