A Unique and Powerful Leadership Development Program
The Commonwealth Study Conference is based on experiential, interactive learning in highly diverse groups through which emerging leaders from around the world get first-hand experience with critical issues and leadership challenges while working and travelling with their peers.
Over 15 days, the program emphasizes examining issues in real-life settings and peer to peer dialogue that builds knowledge, confidence and skills in working in diverse groups and complex situations.
Members deepen their understanding of leadership responsibility and how their future decisions impact the broader community as well as their own organization.
